Mango Kulfi recipe ( mango popsicle ) ( for toddlers, kids & mango lovers 🙂

‘ Easy 3-ingredient mango kulfi (popsicle) ‘ ..

 

 




 


Ingredients:
( for mango kulfi / mango popsicle)

2 cups – milk ( full fat milk )
1 – ripe mango ( peeled & chopped )
1/4 cup – sugar

Method:

Step 1)
Get ready with all the ingredients
Step 2) Into a saucepan, add the milk, sugar and bring it to a boil
Step 3) Once the milk starts boiling, reduce to medium and simmer for 12 minutes
Step 4) After 12 minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool ..
Step 5) Into a blender, add the mango pieces, little milk and blend for 20 seconds
Step 6) Pour remaining milk and blend for another 20 seconds ..
Step 7) Pour into kulfi molds ( popsicle maker/molds ) and close with kulfi sticks
Step 8) Freeze for 5 hours or overnight..

Chilled kulfi ready ! ..

To thaw the kulfi, quickly run the (part below the neck)
under normal tap water ( or warm water ) for 1 minute and gently lift the kulfi stick and .. enjoy 😀
