Recipe #1
Apple Walnut Oatmeal

Ingredients: ( for #1 – Apple walnut oatmeal )
1/4 cup – oats ( quick / instant oats)
1/2 cup – apple ( peeled, de-seeded & chopped )
1/4 cup – walnut ( powdered )
1 cup – milk
1 tsp – honey

note: finely chop the apple for 1 – 2 year Toddlers..

Method:
Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients
Step 2) Into a saucepan, add the milk, powdered walnut, oats and bring it to a boil
Step 3) Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low and cook for 4 minutes

Step 4) After 4 minutes, turn off the heat. Add the chopped apple, honey, stir and pour into a serving bowl .. Serve when slightly warm ..


Recipe #2 – Blueberry Coconut Oatmeal

Ingredients
: ( for #2 – Blueberry coconut oatmeal )
1/2 cup – blueberries
1/2 cup – banana ( finely chopped )
1/4 cup – oats ( quick / instant )
1 tsp – roasted coconut
1 cup – milk
1/2 tsp – honey
note: finely chop the banana for 1 – 2 year olds ..

Method
:
Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients
Step 2) Into a saucepan, add the milk, oats, roasted coconut and bring it to a boil
Step 3) Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat to low and cook for 4 minutes

Step 4) After 4 minutes, turn off the heat. Add the chopped banana, bluberries, honey, stir and pour into a serving bowl .. Serve when slightly warm ..


Recipe #3 – Date Apricot Oatmeal

Ingredients:
( for #3 – Date Apricot Oatmeal )
1/4 cup – oats
1 – date ( finely chopped )
1 tbsp – apricot ( finely chopped ) ( fresh/dried )
3 – almonds ( powdered )
1 cup – milk
1/2 tsp – honey

note: finely chop the dates and apricot for 1 – 2 year olds

Method:
Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients
Step 2) Into a saucepan, add the milk, finely chopped dates, apricots and bring it to a boil
Step 3) Once it starts boiling, add the oats, reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes

Step 4) After 5 minutes, turn off the heat. Add the powdered almond, honey, stir and pour into a serving bowl .. Serve when slightly warm ..





Recipe #4 – Fig Banana Oatmeal

Ingredients:
( for #4 – Fig Banana Oatmeal )
1/4 cup – oats
1 tbsp – fig ( finely chopped ) ( fresh/dried )
half banana – mashed
1 cup – milk
1/4 tsp – honey

note: finely chop the fig ( for 1 – 2 year toddlers )

Method:
Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients
Step 2) Into a saucepan, add the milk, finely chopped fig and bring it to a boil
Step 3) Once it starts boiling, add the oats, reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes

Step 4) After 5 minutes, turn off the heat. Add the mashed banana, little honey, stir and pour into a serving bowl .. Serve when slightly warm ..


Recipe #5 – Pear Raisin Oatmeal

Ingredients:
( for #5 – Pear Raisin Oatmeal )
1/4 cup – oats
1/2 cup – pear ( peeled, de-seeded & finely chopped)
10 pistachios – powdered  ( or 1 tsp powder )
1 tbsp – raisin ( black ) or currants
1 cup – milk
1/2 tsp – honey
note: finely chop the pear and raisins for 1 – 2 year olds ..

Method
:
Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients
Step 2) Into a saucepan, add the milk, raisins or currants, powdered pistachios and bring it to a boil
Step 3) Once it starts boiling, add the oats, reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes

Step 4) After 5 minutes, turn off the heat. Add the finely chopped pear, honey, stir and pour into a serving bowl .. Serve when slightly warm ..


Recipe #6 – Strawberry Date Oatmeal


Ingredients:
  ( for #6 – Strawberry date oatmeal )
1/4 cup – oats
1/3 cup – strawberries ( finely chopped )
2 – dates ( pitted & finely chopped )
1 cup – milk
1/4 tsp – honey ( little honey is enough with dates )

note: finely chop the strawberries for 1 – 2 year olds ..

Method
:
Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients
Step 2) Into a saucepan, add the milk, finely chopped dates and bring it to a boil
Step 3) Once it starts boiling, add the oats, reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes

Step 4) After 5 minutes, turn off the heat. Add the finely chopped strawberries, honey, stir and pour into a serving bowl .. Serve when slightly warm ..


Tips
:
  • For 1 – 2 year Toddlers, powder the nuts and finely chop the frutis/dry fruits.
  • To powder the walnuts or any nuts, place them in a blender and pulse until fine. Store in an airtight container and use as needed.
