Shake #10 –  Avocado Watermelon Banana Milkshake ( 365 days of guilt-free shakes)


Ingredients
:  ( Serves 2 )

Avocado – half small ( or 1/4 cup )
Watermelon – 1 cup (chopped)
Banana – 1 (ripe)
Milk – 1 serving glass of cold milk

1/4 cup of fig & apricot soaked water – ( for this, soak 2 figs & 2 apricots in 1/4 cup of
water overnight for morning shake or minimum 6 hours for evening shake)

How to:

Step 1)  Get ready with all the necessary ingredients..

Step 2)  Add the avocado, watermelon, banana, fig & apricot soaked water into the blender and blend for a minute.

Step 3)  Pour the cold milk into the blender and blend for a minute.

Step 4)  Pour into the glasses and enjoy :)…
