4 Quick Blender Muffins Recipe ( for Toddler, Kids & Family )

Quick & Tasty Blender muffins for all ” ..

Recipe #1Blueberry Blender Muffins

Ingredients: ( for #1 – blueberry Muffins )

Ingredients: ( to blend )
2 – eggs
1/2 cup – sugar
1/2 cup – butter ( softened or melted )
1/2 cup – yogurt
1/2 cup – milk
Ingredients: ( to fold )
1.5 cups – flour ( all purpose / plain / maida )
3/4 tsp – baking powder
1/4 tsp – baking soda
pinch – salt
1/2 tsp – vanilla extract or ( 1/4 tsp paste )
1 cup – blueberries

Method:


Step 1)
Get ready with all the ingredients

Step 2) Preheat the Oven to 180 C / 350 F and grease the muffin tins with melted butter

Step 3) Into the blender, add the eggs, sugar, butter, yogurt, milk, blend for 20 seconds and pour into a bowl..

Step 4) Into a sifter, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sift into the batter. Add the vanilla and fold..

Step 5) Add the blueberries and gently fold into the batter ..

Step 6) Pour into the muffin tin ( fill half per hole )..

Step 7) Bake at 180 C / 350 F until golden brown on top or a
toothpick inserted comes out clean ( takes 15 – 20  minutes )

Now the Blueberry muffins are ready .. Place them on a wire rack / cooling rack.. and enjoy warm ! 😀 ..

Banana Walnut Blender Muffins

Ingredients:
( for #2 – banana walnut muffins )

Ingredients:
( to blend )
1 – egg
1/3 cup – sugar
1/2 cup – butter ( softened or melted )
1 cup – milk
Ingredients: ( to fold )
1.5 cups – flour ( all purpose / plain / maida )
3/4 tsp – baking powder
1/4 tsp – baking soda
pinch – salt
3/4 cup – walnut  ( crushed )
2 – bananas ( mashed )note: crush the walnuts for toddlers ..


Method:

Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients

Step 2) Preheat the Oven to 180 C / 350 F and grease the muffin tins with melted butter

Step 3)
Into the blender, add the butter, sugar, egg and blend for 10 seconds. Add milk, blend 10 seconds and pour into a bowl

Step 4) Add the mashed banana and mix

Step 5)  Into a sifter, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sift into the batter and fold in..


Step 6)
Add the crushed walnuts and fold in

Step 7) Scoop into the muffin tins ( fill half )

Step 8) Bake at 180 C / 350 F until golden brown on top or a
toothpick inserted comes out clean ( takes 15 – 20  minutes )

Banana Walnut Muffins are ready.. Place them on a wire rack or cooling rack and enjoy  warm ! 😀 ..

– Strawberry Cheese Blender Muffins

Ingredients: ( for #3 – strawberry cheese muffins )

Ingredients: ( to blend )

1/2 cup – yogurt ( or 1 egg )
1/2 cup – sugar
1/2 cup – butter ( softened or melted )
1 cup – milk
Ingredients: ( to fold )
1.5 cups – flour ( all purpose / plain / maida )
3/4 tsp – baking powder
1/4 tsp – baking soda
pinch – salt
1 cup – strawberries ( chopped)
1/4 cup – raisins ( black )

12 pieces – soft cheese cubes ( cut any cream cheese into pieces )

Method:

Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients

Step 2) Preheat the Oven to 180 C / 350 F and grease the muffin tins with melted butter

Step 3) Into the blender, add the butter, sugar and blend for 10 seconds. Add yogurt, milk, blend 10 seconds and pour into a bowl

Step 4) Into a sifter, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sift into the batter.

Step 5) Add the raisins, chopped strawberries and fold into the batter ..

Step 6) Pour into the muffin tin ( fill half per hole )..

Step 7)
Bake at 180 C / 350 F until golden brown on top or a
toothpick inserted ( along the side or corner ) comes out clean ( takes 15 – 20  minutes )

Strawberry Cream cheese muffins are ready ! .. Transfer onto a wire rack and enjoy warm ! 😀 ..


Recipe #4 – Chocochip oat Blender muffins

Ingredients: ( for #4 – chocochip oat muffins )

Ingredients: ( to blend )

1 – egg
1 – banana
1/3 cup – sugar
1/2 cup – butter ( softened or melted )
1/2 cup – yogurt
3/4 cup – milk
1.5 cups – oats( quick / instant )
1/4 tsp – baking powder
1/8 tsp – baking soda
pinch – salt
Add in the end:
1/4 cup – chocolate chips


Method:

Step 1) Get ready with all the ingredients

Step 2) Preheat the Oven to 180 C / 350 F and grease the muffin tins with melted butter

Step 3) Execept the chocolate chips, add all the ingredients into the blender, and blend for just 25 seconds and pour into a bowl ..

Step 4) Pour into the muffin tins ..

Step 5) Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top ..

Step 6) Bake at 180 C / 350 F until golden brown on top or a
toothpick inserted comes out clean ( takes 15 – 20  minutes )

Now the chocolate chip oat muffins are ready ! .. Enjoy warm ! .. 😀
